Here are all the remaining games which have not been sorted by publisher, usually because there is only one or two games per manufacturer.  This is not meant to suggest that any of these are less great than others though.  Think of them as "one hit wonders".  Dungeon Master, similar to Eye of the Beholder, was one of the first first-person 3-D RPG games, where monsters actually chased you down corridors, you saw arrows fly and fireballs sizzle.  And best of all, being the resourceful adventurers that you were, you could eat your foes after killing them!  Anyone for a Screamer Slice?

Fire King was a little-known game developed by Strategic Studies Group, a wargame company from Australia.  While their only foray into fantasy games (that I know of), this game was a 2-player game which played a lot like Gauntlet, but with a plot.  Demon Stalkers also comes to mind as being in a similar genre.  The game was very big, and for the most part a shooting game, yet it had a quest and you had a sense that you were doing something leading to a final goal rather than just mindless blasting of the baddies.

Maniac Mansion and Zak McKraken, by LucasFilm are extremely fun animated adventures.  These were later followed up by the popular Monkey Island series, Maniac Mansion 2, and Sam & Max Hit the Road.  All these games had amazing graphics and sound for their times, were often hilarious and had exciting stories taking you to Mars, through creepy houses, and all over the world.  LucasArts are by far the King of the Animated Adventure.

Faery Tale Adventure was a very large and epic quest, which was followed up by a sequel in about 1995.  Both games had very good graphics, a unique game system, and were a pleasure to play.
